From bold ideas and late-night risks to failures, pivots, and breakthrough moments, this podcast goes beyond success headlines. We talk to founders, creators, and leaders about what it truly takes to build something meaningful — mentally, emotionally, and strategically. If you’re an aspiring entrepreneur, a creator chasing clarity, or someone curious about the journey behind the grind, this podcast is for you.
By booking a podcast session or availing any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- Podcast Participation Bookings
- Cancellation by the Participant
Once a podcast session is booked and confirmed:
- Any request for cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled recording time
- Requests made within this time frame may be considered for rescheduling, subject to availability
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may not be accommodated
- Refund Policy for Podcast Bookings
- No refunds will be issued for paid podcast bookings once confirmed
- Payments are made towards scheduling, preparation, and production planning
- Refunds will be considered only if the session is canceled by The Founder’s Dream due to operational or technical reasons
In such cases, participants may choose between a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
- Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling requests are subject to the availability of time slots
- Only one rescheduling request may be permitted per booking
- Repeated rescheduling or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the booking amount
- Podcast Marketing & Production Services
For services including but not limited to:
- Podcast marketing campaigns
- Content promotion
- Editing and post-production
- Distribution and branding packages
The following conditions apply:
- Once work has commenced, refunds are not applicable
- Service commencement includes strategy discussions, content planning, recording, editing, or campaign execution
- Partial delivery or dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund once the project has started
- Custom Packages and Bespoke Services
- All custom or tailored service packages are non-refundable
- Refunds for such services will be considered only if explicitly agreed in writing before payment
- Any change in scope requested after commencement does not qualify for a refund
- Cancellation by The Founder’s Dream
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions or services due to:
- Technical issues
- Scheduling conflicts
- Force majeure events (including but not limited to illness, natural calamities, or system failures)
In such cases, clients will be offered:
- Rescheduling at no additional cost, or
- A full refund, where applicable
- No Guarantee of Outcomes
Refunds will not be issued based on:
- Podcast reach, views, downloads, or engagement
- Marketing performance, leads, or business outcomes
- Personal or brand expectations not contractually agreed upon
All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised policy.
