From Patna’s Hustle to a Global Vision

Amit hails from Patna, a city famous for producing some of the sharpest minds in the country. Growing up in such a competitive environment shaped his hunger for knowledge early on. After completing his Computer Science engineering from RV College of Engineering, he went on to pursue his *MBA from Great Lakes Institute of Management.

During this Amit Choudhary podcast episode, Amit shares how his small-town roots kept him grounded even when he was working at big firms like Oracle, IBM, and Infosys. Each role, he says, taught him something different  Oracle taught him structure, IBM taught him discipline, and Infosys showed him the power of large-scale systems. Yet, something inside him always felt missing a deeper sense of purpose. That’s what led him to analytics, a field that combined his love for logic and his curiosity for problem-solving.

Analytics, AI, and the “Light Bulb Moment”

Amit’s time at Mu Sigma and Fractal Analytics shaped the next chapter of his life. He led several transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies, working on large-scale problems involving data, AI, and decision-making.

But as he shared in the Amit Choudhary podcast, the more he worked with global corporations, the more he realized something crucial  there was a massive skill gap. People had degrees, but not the right skills to solve real-world problems.

Then came 2018 a year that would change everything. During a work trip to the United States, Amit had what he calls a “light bulb moment.” He saw how much demand there was for problem solvers and how few skilled professionals were ready for those challenges. That’s when he started thinking what if learning could be more real, more practical, and more connected to work? This seed grew into what we now know as Enqurious a platform built not just to teach, but to ignite curiosity.

From Mentorskool to Enqurious — The Birth of a Purpose

When the pandemic hit in early 2020, Amit decided it was time to act. March 2020  the world was shutting down, but Amit was just getting started. He founded Enqurious, originally named Mentorskool.

As he explains in the Amit Choudhary podcast, the early days weren’t easy. Like every startup founder, he had to wear multiple hats trainer, marketer, manager, and even content creator. But the mission was clear: build a space where professionals could learn through real problems, not theory.

Enqurious helps data professionals and AI enthusiasts learn through industry-inspired challenges  where every module connects to something that actually happens in the business world. Instead of boring lectures, learners tackle simulations and projects that mirror real corporate environments. In the Amit Choudhary podcast, Amit describes how Enqurious stands apart  by focusing on “actionable knowledge.” It’s not about cramming facts; it’s about developing habits of curiosity and application.

Skills That Matter in the Age of Data

The FAmit Choudhary podcast takes a deep dive into the future of skills. Amit believes that while AI and automation will continue to evolve, human skills like communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving will always hold the real value. He’s seen too many engineering graduates stuck doing repetitive work because they never learned how to think critically or communicate clearly.

At Enqurious, every program is designed to blend technical expertise with soft-skill growth. Learners don’t just learn how to code; they learn how to think. This balance, he says, is what separates the good from the great in the data-driven world.

In the business startup podcast, Amit also talks about his vision of building a global learning ecosystem one where people learn continuously, not just when their job demands it. “Learning shouldn’t stop after college,” he says, “it should begin from there.”

The Man Behind the Mission

Beyond analytics and AI, Amit is deeply human. On the business podcast, he laughs while sharing that his favorite way to escape the chaos of entrepreneurship is by heading into the mountains guitar and hang drum in hand. Music, he says, helps him reset his mind. He believes creativity and calmness are essential for innovation. “When you slow down, your thoughts get sharper,” he says with a smile.

He’s also a big advocate of mental balance in the startup ecosystem. He often tells young founders that success is not a sprint but a marathon. Burnout, in his words, “kills more startups than bad ideas ever could.”

The business startup podcast episode ends on a reflective note Amit reminding listeners that building a startup is not just about raising capital or scaling fast. It’s about solving something meaningful and enjoying the process while doing it.

The Enqurious Philosophy: Learn by Being Curious

At its core, Enqurious isn’t just another corporate training company. It’s a mindset one that celebrates curiosity as the foundation of learning. Whether it’s a young data analyst or an experienced consultant, Amit wants everyone to embrace learning as a lifelong habit. In today’s AI-heavy world, that philosophy feels more relevant than ever.

The Founder’s Dream business podcast with Amit Choudhary is not just a story about one founder it’s a reminder for every learner, professional, and entrepreneur that curiosity is still your biggest superpower. And perhaps, the next time you face a tough problem at work, you’ll remember Amit’s favorite line from the episode: “Don’t just look for answers. Learn to ask better questions.”
